Have you ever felt like your doctor was not
listening to you? Or have you called your physician’s office only to be told
that you could not be seen until next week? We have all had
these frustrations from time to time, but this should be the exception,
not the norm!
At SouthPark Internal Medicine we believe that when you are ill,
you need to be seen within 24 hours-usually on the day that you
call us. We have 3 nurse practitioners and one physician’s
assistant to facilitate those needs. If you call us in the
morning, we can schedule you a same day appointment so that you
can be on the road to recovery sooner. Maybe you don’t need
to come in that day, but you need some helpful advice on what to
do. We have registered nurses answering the phones so that
you can get the advice that you need. If they are unsure
of the answer that you deserve, they will check with a physician
and call you back.
