How do I get a test authorized?
Your provider will determine if you need an initial referral to a specialist. Teri will process your referral in your insurance network, and depending on your insurance, it may take up to a week for confirmation. Please be patient, but give Teri a call at 303.791.7896 option 4 to check on the status of your referral or authorization for a test.
